Allergen Review

Clients are advised that an allergen review (an onsite walk-through reviewing allergen control procedures and a verbal report) is available. A comprehensive report of the allergen review is available.  (Price on application). These more detailed reports include tracking of baseline levels, graphing of analysis results and proposed improvements.

This service is available nationally and may incur travel expenses.

Information concerning the significance of results, limitations relating to testing, basic allergen control procedures and consultation on specific food allergen related issues are available free of charge by phone to our established clients. Enquiries requiring a printed report or letter are provided on request (Price on application).

Provision of Risk Analysis

This includes:

Indication for specific site testing, and advice regarding sample numbers;
Raw material evaluation, storage and batching area assessment, and cleaning validation protocols;
Assessment of effectiveness of existing systems and procedures.

Provision of Allergen Training

Allergen training specific to your needs can be delivered. This includes (as a minimum):

  • Onsite, directed training, with site-specific training materials and risk scenarios;
  • Workbooks for all participants;
  • Powerpoint presentation;
  • Workshops to relate the information learnt back to your specific situation;
  • Activities to further inform and educate your participants;
  • An informal quiz and prizes; and
  • Statements of Attendance.

Our training materials can be modified or developed to ensure they are delivered in the most appropriate manner for your situation.
